Tématem předkládané disertační práce jsou ruské právní texty a jejich lexikálně-gramatická charakteristika v částečné konfrontaci s češtinou. Práce sestává z úvodu, čtyř samostatných kapitol, bibliografie a deseti příloh. První kapitola se zabývá obecnou chrakteristikou právního jazyka a jeho vnitřní strukturou, pozornost je dále věnována jazyku právních předpisů jako jedné ze složek právního jazyka, požadavkům kladeným na právní jazyk a vývoji ruského právního jazyka. Tématem druhé kapitoly je ruská právní terminologie, jsou vymezeny pojmy termín a právní termín, je provedena klasifikace právní terminologie. Stěžejní část kapitoly je věnována analýze slovotvorných postupů užívaných při obohacování ruského právního terminologického systému. Třetí kapitola se zabývá oblastí modality jako hlavním nositelem normativní a regulativní funkce právních předpisů. Je vymezen systém ruských modálních i jiných výrazů, jejichž prostřednictvím jsou v textech ruských právních předpisů vyjadřovány modální odstíny nutnosti a možnosti, a to z hlediska lexikálního a syntaktického. Čtvrtá kapitola se věnuje problematice ruských právních definic. Na základě provedené excerpce jsou charakterizovány rozdílné typy ruských právních definic, dále způsoby vyjadřování rovnosti mezi definiendem a definiens a rovněž jsou popsány různé modely logicko-syntaktické struktury ruských právních definic.The submitted Ph.D. thesis deals with Russian legal texts and their lexical and grammatical analysis. The thesis consists of an introduction, four chapters, bibliography and ten appendices. The first chapter focuses on a general description of legal language and legal texts, the hierarchization of legal texts according to their function and the way of construction is given. Special attention is paid to the language of Russian legal enactments as well as to the changes of Russian legal language during the last century. The second chapter is devoted to Russian legal terminology. First the concepts term and legal term are defined. Then Russian legal terms are classified from different points of view and the basic demands on them are listed. The rest of the second chapter examines the word-formation processes in Russian legal terminology. In the third chapter the modality as one of the constitutive features of legal texts is discussed. The system of Russian modal words and other means for expressing necessity and possibility in Russian legal texts are described. The fourth chapter focuses on Russian legal definitions. The attention is paid mainly to the means of expressing the equality between the definiendum and the definiens as well as to the logic and syntactic structure of Russian legal definitions. At the end of each chapter a short comparison of Russian and Czech explored material is given.
