Diplomová práce pojednává o canisterapii jako jednom z druhů zooterapie, a to konkrétně o jejím vlivu na zlepšení vztahů ve skupině dětí. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je popsán vývoj dítěte se specifickými potřebami, význam psa a jeho vliv na vývoj dítěte, historie zooterapie, původ psa a jeho využití v canisterapii, zejména v oblasti zlepšování vztahů mezi dětmi se specifickými potřebami. V praktické části je uvedeno použití canisterapie v praxi, které je založena na konkrétním pozorování vlivu psa na skupinu dětí u žáků 6. třídy základní školy, která se specializuje na poruchy učení.The paper deals with the topic of canistherapy, a type of zootherapy, focusing especially on the influence of canistherapy on the improvement of relationships within a group of children. The paper consists of a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, the following topics are described: the development of a child with special needs; the significance of a dog and its influence on the development of a child; the history of zootherapy; the origin of dogs and their usage in canistherapy, especially with respect to the aspect of improving the relationships of children with special needs. The practical part thematizes the practical use of canistherapy based on concrete observations of the influence of a dog on a group of children. These children are pupils of the sixth grade in a primary school specialized on learning disorders.
