Diplomová práce je zaměřena na organizace, kam chodí odsouzení vykonat trest obecně prospěšných prací. Teoretická část obsahuje problematiku trestu obecně prospěšných prací, postavení a činnost Probační a mediační služby ČR v realizacích trestu obecně prospěšných prací a situaci poskytovatelů míst pro výkon trestu obecně prospěšných prací, včetně problematických oblastí, které výkon trestu obecně prospěšných prací přináší. Empirická část zkoumá, jak jsou poskytovatelé míst pro výkon trestu obecně prospěšných prací spokojeni s celkovou realizací trestu a co všechno toto vnímání ovlivňuje.This thesis is focused on organizations providing positions of Community service order for offenders. Theorethical part includes general information about Community service order, shown is the position and focus of The Probation and Mediation Service of Czech Republic during realization of Community service order together with problematic areas which are brought by execution of Community service order. Empirical part investigates how are organizations providing positions for Community service order satisfied with overall execution of the order and what are the factors that are influencing their perception of the order.
