Bakalářská práce se zabývá problémem týraných a zneužívaných dětí. Obsahově je rozdělena na dvě časti ? teoretickou a praktickou. V první kapitole teoretické části je popsán vývoj dětského práva u nás a ve světě, postavení dítěte ve společnosti a současná česká legislativa. V kapitole druhé jsou objasněny základní pojmy této problematiky. Na druhou kapitolu navazuje kapitola s názvem Syndrom CAN, kde je popsán vývoj syndromu a dále rozebrány jeho zvláštní formy. Čtvrtá kapitola se zabývá samotnou prevencí týrání a zneužívání dětí, je zde popsána spolupráce odborníků a na konci kapitoly naleznete kontakty na instituce, kam se obrátit pro pomoc. V praktické části bakalářské práce je popsána metodologie, která byla pro práci použita, dále jsou zde rozebrány kazuistiky tří dětí z DC Domeček a dále stručná historie, struktura a poslání DC Domeček.The thesis deals with the problem of harassment and child abuse. It is divided into two parts ? theoretical and practical. In the first section of theoretical part the development of children law in our country and in the world is described, then the role of children in society and the czech legislature is explained. The second section explains the basic terms of this issue. Following section named Syndrome CAN describes the development of this syndrome and its especial forms. The fourth section deals with prevention of harassment and child abuse, the collaboration of experts and you can find the contacts for institutions which would help you in the end of this section. The practical part of thesis explains the methodologies, which were used, then the case studies are analyzed in this part and the Domecek is introduced.
