Tato práce se zabývá problematikou public relations v Komunitním plánování sociálních služeb (KPSS) v konkrétní obci s rozšířenou působností. Práce přibližuje public relations v neziskových organizacích a mapuje současný stav uplatňování public relations v konkrétním projektu KPSS a práce tak představuje teoretický podklad pro práci s public relations v konkrétním projektu KPSS a na základě zjištění stanovuje vhodná opatření do budoucna pro zkvalitnění a rozvoj nástrojů public relations a pro efektivnější budování public relations v tomto projektu.This work deals with the public relations problems in the Community planning of the social services (CPSS) in the chosen municipality with extended competence. The work outlines public relations in non-profit organizations and describes current state of implementation of public relations in the chosen project CPSS. In this way the work represents theoretical basis for working with public relations in the chosen project CPSS. The work determines appropriate future actions, on the basis of discovered information, for improvement and better quality of the public relations tools and for more effective construction of public relations in this project.
