Alkoholismus je jedním z nejzávažnějších a nejčastějších sociálních problémů současné společnosti. Nejméně zachytitelné jsou však pro zdravotníky sociálně-ekonomické problémy závislých, které jsou nejvíce palčivé až po propuštění a jsou významným faktorem při recidivách. Proto je, cílem této práce malá výzkumná sonda, která se snaží zmapovat sociální důsledky závislosti na alkoholu. V teoretické části se nejdříve zaměřujeme na vytyčení základních termínů týkajících se alkoholové závislosti. Praktická část obsahuje kvantitativní výzkum 105 respondentů, na základě vytvořeného ?Dotazníku alkoholových zvyklostí?. Dotazník se zaměřuje nejen na anamnestická data abúzu alkoholu, ale i na oblast práce, financí, vztahů, ale i oblast chování jedince. Práce je zaměřena zejména na následky, které patologické nadužívání alkoholu samotnému jedinci a jeho okolí, v těchto oblastech působí a porovnání rozdílů mezi pohlavími.The alcoholism belongs to the most serious and most common social problems of present society. The social and economical problems are hard to detect for the health service workers, though they are very crucial even after dimission and represent an important factor in reccurence. The aim of this work is therefore a small survey trying to map the social consequences of the alcohol dependence. We focus on defining the basic terms concerning the alcohol dependence in the theoretical part. The practical part conatins the quantitative research of 105 responders ? based on the ˇˇ Survey of the alkohol customsˇˇ. It focuses the anamnestic data of the alcohol abuse as well as areas of work, money, relationships, and the area of the behaviour of an individual. It is focused mainly on the consequences of the abuse on these areas both for the concerned individual as wel l as the effect on his surrounding. It contains comparation between men and women.
