Práce se zabývá historií Brentenova studia v Brně od roku 1939 do roku 1949. Dle dostupných pramenů a literatury rekonstruuje povahu zapomenutého studia animovaného filmu v rámci historicko-uměleckého kontextu české i světové animované tvorby. Jedná se o primární zmapování dosud odborně neprobádaného tématu. Práce je založena na heuristickém výzkumu, jeho kritickém zhodnocení a analýze vybraných děl. Součástí textu jsou i mini-portréty tvůrců (Otakar Blažek-Brenten, František Vystrčil, Vladimír Lehký aj.).The thesis is concerned with history of Brenten´s Studio in Brno from 1939 to1949. In agreement with archive sources and literature, the thesis restores the character of the forgotten animated film´s studio in terms of historical artistic connection with international and Czech animated production. It presents the primary view of expertly unexplored topic as yet. The thesis is based on the heuristic research with critical evaluation and analysis of the selected production. The minute portraits are also the part of the text (Otakar Blazek-Brenten, Frantisek Vystrcil, Vladimir Lehky etc.).
