Diplomová práce zkoumá konkrétní dopady školního výjezdu na třídní kolektiv. Jsou sledovány účinky výjezdu na úroveň spolupráce a komunikace žáků a vztahy mezi nimi. Teoretická část práce se věnuje sociálnímu klimatu třídy jako jednomu z hlavních činitelů působících na klima školy. Dále se zabývá klimatem školy a proměnnými, které jej utvářejí.This thesis explores concrete impacts of the school trips on the class collective. It observes the effects of the trip on the level of the pupils´ cooperation and communication and their relationships. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the social climate of a class as one of the main factors affecting the school climate. Furthermore, it considers the school climate and the variables that create it.
