Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem česko-německých vztahů po pádu Berlínské zdi. Zaměřuje se především na nejčastěji diskutovaná témata, a to na Dekrety prezidenta republiky (Benešovy dekrety) a odsun sudetských Němců po 2.sv.válce, a to v souvislosti s významnými událostmi společné novodobé historie, mezi něž patří například Smlouva o dobrém sousedství a vzájemné spolupráci z roku 1992, Česko-německá deklarace o vzájemných vztazích a jejich budoucím rozvoji z r. 1997 a vstup ČR do EU. Praktická část je věnována dotazníkovému šetření mehi českým a německým obyvatelstvem, týkajícím se současných česko-německých vztahů.The diploma thesis deals with the development of Czech-German relations after the fall of the Berlin Wall. It mainly focuses on the most controversial topics such as Decrees of the President of the Republic (The Beneš decrees) and the transfer of Sudeten Germans after World War II. in context with the important events of a common modern history, for example Good Neighbourhood and mutual cooperation Pact established in 1992, Czech-German declaration about interrelationship and their future development established in 1997 and the entry of the Czech Republic into the European Union. The practical part is dedicated to the questionary examination between the Czechs and the Germans refering to the current Czech-German relations.
