Diplomová práce se zabývá charakteristikou přírodních poměrů a bioty studovaného území Přírodní rezervace Chomoutovské jezero u Olomouce, zabývá se problematikou biologie a ekologie racka chechtavého (Larus ridibundus). na základě terénního výzkumu je zpracován aktuální stav hnízdící populace racka chechtavého v tomto území. Na závěr diplomové práce bzla navržena naučná stezka s metodickými doporučeními.This thesis deals with the characteristics of natural conditions and the biota of the Nature Reserve Chomoutovské lake near Olomouc. This work deals with the issues of the biology and the ecology of Larus ridibundus. besad on the research the current status of nesling of population of Larus ridibundus is presented in this territory. Finally, the thesis proposed a nature trail along with the methodological recommendations.
