Tématem diplomové práce je ?Problematika komplexní intervence poruch komunikačních schopností v domově pro osoby se zdravotním postižením?. Věnovali jsme pozornost analýze informovanosti a využívání prostředků AAK v domově Benjamín s cílovou skupinou osob se středně těžkou, těžkou a hlubokou mentální retardací ve věku 3 ? 26 let. V teoretické části jsme se zaměřili na vymezení základních pojmů týkajících se dané problematiky. Zabývali jsme se vymezením narušené komunikační schopnosti, věnovali jsme se tématu mentální retardace. Zvlášť jsme poukázali na možnosti využití AAK v souvislosti s těžkým zdravotním postižením. Dále jsme v této části využili možnost zmínit se o domovech pro osoby se zdravotním postižením. V praktické části jsme na základě kvantitativního výzkumu provedli analýzu využití AAK v domově Benjamín ve srovnání se základními školami, které uživatelé navštěvují v rámci povinné školní docházky.The theme of diploma work is ?The complex intervention problems of communication disorder abilities in the Hospice for men with health retardation?. We payed attention to analysingthe informedness and using the tools of alternative and augmentative communication in the Hospice Benjamin with target group of men with medium servious, serious and deep mental retardation in the age of free to twentysix years. In the teoretical part we focused to the limitation of basic terms which apply to assigned dilemma. We payed attention to the limitation of disturbed communication ability. We attend to the theme of mental retardation. Especially we pointed the abilities of using AAC in connection with serious health retardation. Afterwards we used in this part ability of meantioning about Hospices for men with health retardation. In the practical part we made an analysis of using AAC in the Hospic Benjamín beside with elementary school, which are users visiting within compulsory education, based on quantitative research.
