Stěžejní částí je popis historického vývoje sídelní struktury od doby pre-historické, přes industrializaci, socialismus až do současnosti.V závěru práce je uveden také výhled do budoucnosti. Two last chapters show us temporary characteristics of the settlement development in the district of Kroměříž and their view to the future.
