Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou akomodace, byly vysvětleny anatomické zákonitosti oka a mechanismu fungování akomodace. Byly popsány nejdůležitější teorie vzniku a působení akomodace, stejně jako její základní charakteristiky. Na konci teoretické části byly popsány možnosti měření akomodace, resp. akomodační amplitudy. Popsané metody Push Up, Push Down a metoda rozptylky jsou základem pro výzkum v praktické části.This thesis deals with accommodation. The anatomical regularities and the mechanism of accommodation were explained. The theories of accommodation were described as well as the influence of accommodation and its basic characteristics. At the end of theorethical part were described possibilities of examination of amplitude of accommodation. These methods Push Up, Push Down and the method of minus lens are fundamental for research in the practical part of this thesis.
