Bakalářská práce se zabývá účinností lymfodrenážních technik u TOS. V úvodních kapitolách práce je popsána problematika samotného TOS-anatomická stránka úžinových prostor klavipektorální oblasti, příčiny vzniku TOS i různorodý klinický obraz. Dále jsou zde charakterizovány různé varianty přístupu k terapii- konzervativní, s důrazem na fyzioterapii, ale i chirurgická. Obsáhlá kapitola je věnována příčinám a léčbě lymfedému obecně. Práce navrhuje možnosti léčby otoku u TOS, a to nejen z mízních příčin. Především rozebírá účinnost lymfodrenážních technik u otoku z cévní komprese, který je častým projevem u této klinické jednotky. Zamýšlí se nad úspěchem fyzioterapeutické léčby "lymfedému`` celkově. Závěrem práce je zhodnocení celé problematiky a zdůraznění důležitosti lymfodrenáže i jako léčby pouze doplňkové, nicméně léčby, která má svůj podíl na zmírnění subjektivních obtíží pacienta s TOS.Bachelor's thesis deals with the effect of lymph drainage in the treatment of TOS. In the introductory chapters of the work is described the issue of TOS itself - such as the anatomy of the constriction space in the clavipectoral region, causes of occurence of TOS and various symptoms connected with this syndrome. In the next part is given the different variants of the access to the therapy- conservative, with emphasis on physiotherapy, but also surgical. The comprehensive chapter is devoted to the causes and treatmnet of the lymphedema in general. This work suggests the possibilities of a treatment the swelling at TOS, which rises not only because of the lymph causes. In particular, it examines an effect of the lymph drainage for the edema of vascular compression, which is the frequent manifestation at this clinical entity. Think about the success of the physiotherapy treatment "lymphedema" overall. The end of this work is to evaluate the whole issue and emphasizes the importance of lymph drainage as the additional treatment, but treatment, which has its share in reduction of the subjective trouble by the pacient with TOS.
