Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na psychiku zdravotních sester trpících migrénou a na ovlivnitelnost jejich pracovního výkonu. Úvodní část obsahuje informace o migréně jako celku, je zde popsán význam psychických vlivů při chronickém onemocnění a náročnost povolání zdravotní sestry. V druhé části je podle dotazníkové metody provedeno výzkumné šetření, ze kterého vyplynulo, že psychická vyrovnanost u zdravotních sester trpících migrénou je narušena ve střední až velké míře, pracovní výkon je migrénou ovlivněn středně až úplně a většina zdravotních sester zvládá bolest analgetiky a odpočinkem. V závěru práce jsou navrženy další výzkumné a vzdělávací činnosti vycházející z dané problematiky.Bachelor's examination paper is intent on a psyche of nurses afflicted with neuralgic pains and on a suggestibility of their job performance. Preamble contains information to neuralgic pains as a whole with importance description of psychic influences in the course of chronicle ailment and demanding ness of the nurse's occupation. Second part contains experimental investigation according to questionnaire method with result that psychic equanimity of nurses afflicted with neuralgic pains in disturbed in model up to large rate, job performance is impressed with neuralgic pains medial up to completely and nurse's majority is getting pain under control by means of analgesics or rest. At the close of the examination paper are proposed next experimental and educational activities these problems basis.
