Závěrečná práce se zabývá úlohou nestátních neziskových organizací v péči o postižené. Teoretická část se dotýká postavení osob se zdravotním postižením ve společnosti, úlohy neziskového sektoru v sociální oblasti a nové právní úpravy sociálních služeb - Zákona o sociálních službách, jehož přijetí je významným mezníkem v životě uživatelů i poskytovatelů sociálních služeb. V praktické části zjišťuji a porovnávám spokojenost uživatelů s poskytovanými službami v nestátních a státních zařízeních, dále pak zjišťuji míru informovanosti a názory uživatelů na nový Zákon o sociálních službách.The final project deals with the function of the non-state non-profit organizations in care of the handicapped. The theoretical part touches the position of handicapped people in the society, the function of the non-profit sector in the social area and the new legal modification of social services - The Law of Social Services the acceptance of which is an important landmark in life of the users and providers of social services. In the practical part I survey and compare the users´ satisfaction at the provided services in non-state and state facilities, furthermore I survey awareness rate and the users´ opinions on the new law of social services.
