Tématem naší práce je analýza překladu reálií ve vybraných dílech ruské literatury. Jde o rusko-českou srovnávací analýzu. Součástí této práce je i nastínění současné situace dětské literatury u nás i v Rusku. V teoretické části naší práce se věnujeme vymezení pojmu reálie, klasifikaci reálií, překladu reálií a specifikem překládání dětské literatury. V praktické části analyzujeme překlad excerpovaných reálií.The subject of the paper is an analysis of the translation of ``life and institutions" in selected works of Russian literature. Specifically, it is a Russian-Czech comparative analysis. Part of the paper is an outline of the current situation in the field of children's literature in the Czech Republic and in Russia. The theoretical part of this paper focuses on the definition of the term ``life and institutions", their classification, translation and the specifics of their translation in the children's literature. The practical part examines the translation of the excerpted life and institutions.
