Cílem bakalářské práce bylo popsat možnosti diagnostiky, léčby a rehabilitace u trimalleolárních fraktur. V práci je zahrnuta také část obecná - anatomie a kineziologie hlezna a nohy. Dá se říct, že z hlediska četnosti patří úrazy v oblasti hlezenního kloubu mezi nejčastější poranění, se kterými se můžeme v praxi setkat. Proto je vždy dobré myslet na možnosti prevence a zmírnit tak rizika možného poranění.This thesis is focused on description of possibilities of diagnostics, treatment and physiotherapy for trimalleolar fractures. Thesis is also included general - anatomy and kinesiology of the foot and ankle. We can say that in terms of frequency, injuries in the talocrural joint are among the most common hurts that you may encounter in practice. It is always good to think of the possibilities of prevention and minigate the risk of possible injury.
