Diplomová práce zjišťuje výskyt mobbingu v práci zdravotních sester. Teoretická část práce se zabývá analýzou mobbingu, výskytem, jeho důsledky pro jedince a organizaci, způsoby řešení a prevencí. Empirická část se zaměřuje na kvantitativní průzkumné šetření mapující problematiku mobbingu v práci zdravotních sester na akutních a standardních odděleních. Analýza a interpretace dat poskytuje informace o míře výskytu mobbingu, o reakcích respondentů na mobbing a způsobech řešení jednotlivých případů, a o míře výskytu nejčastějších psychosomatických potíží objevující se u obětí mobbingu. Tato práce by měla pomoci ke zkvalitnění organizační kultury a eliminaci mobbingu na pracovišti.This graduation theses investigate the occurence of mobbing in the field of medical care of nurses. The theoretical part is dealing with analysis and occurence of mobbing, his consequences for an individual and organization, the ways of treatment and prevention. Experiential part is dealing with the quantitative analysis of mobbing in daily work of nurses in hospitals in all urgent and standard departements. This deep analysis and the sequent interpretation of data provide more information about the real occurence of mobbing, reactions of informants on this topic and ways of treatment, possible solutions of various cases and last but not least the extent of occurrence of the most common psychosomatic problems emerging for the victims by mobbing. This thesis should help to improve quality of organizational structures in hospitals and prevent from mobbing in the field of medical care.
