Práce Dvojí domov a dvojí exil v díle Jana Čepa je věnována především analýze pozdních Čepových esejů v kontextu předchozí tvorby a autorovaživota. Je sledována narůstající autobiografičnost, volba a využitíprostředků posilujících autenticitu. Ve srovnání s Vyznáními sv.Augustina odkrývá Čepovo individuální uchopení autobiografického žánru konfesijního charakteru, i s jeho problematickými momenty a snaží se jej interpretovat v souvislosti s autorovou životní koncepcí "Dvojí domova".Thesis Two kind home and two kind exile in the work of Jan Čep is based mainly on analysis of the late eseys, in cotext of author´s writings and life. It observes mainly the increase of the autobiographyc tendences and means which strengthen the autenticity. The comparation with Confessions of st.Augustin shows Čep´s individual approach to autobiographyc genre with confession character. Thesis defines the problematic aspects and interpretates it in the context of author´s life conception of "Two kind home".
