Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou ošetřovatelské péče u pacientů s tracheostomií na oddělení intenzivní péče. Teoretická část práce se věnuje indikacím, kontraindikacím, typům a komplikacím tracheostomie. Velká část je věnována ošetřovatelské péči o tracheostomované pacienty a zabývá se také tvorbou ošetřovatelských standardů. Součástí praktické části práce je kvalitativní výzkumné šetření, které metodou pozorování mapuje prováděný postup péče o tracheostomickou kanylu, a s tím související údaje v ošetřovatelské dokumentaci. Výsledky šetření dokládají nezbytnost ošetřovatelského standardu pro převaz tracheostomické kanyly, který je součástí práce.This Bachelor thesis deals with issues related to nursing care for in-patients with tracheostomy at an intensive care unit. The theoretical part describes indications, contra-indications, types and complications of tracheostomy. A major part presents nursing care for patients with trachestomy and also deals with formation of nursing standards. One section of the practical part is a qualitative research survey that via observing method surveys implemented tracheostomy cannula care and related data in nursing records. The outputs of the survey support the necessity of a nursing standard for tracheostomy re-dressing which is a part of the study.
