Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku vzdělávání registrovaných sester v oblasti hojení ran. Teoretická část obsahuje základní informace týkající se hojení ran, včetně moderních převazových materiálů, jejich vlastností a způsobu použití. Analýza získaných dat v praktické části poskytuje informace o množství absolvovaných vzdělávacích akcí a úrovni vědomostí registrovaných sester na vybraných pracovištích FN u svaté Anny v Brně. Výsledkem šetření je vyhodnocení vlivu vzdělávání zdravotníků na jejich vědomosti. Daná problematika bakalářské práce má poukázat na důležitost vzdělávání všeobecných sester ve vlhké terapii ran.The bachelor dissertation is aimed at education of registered nurses in the field of wound healing. The theoretical part contains basic information on wound healing including the latest dressing materials, their properties and way of usage. In the practical part, an analysis of data acquired provides information on the number of educational activities and knowledge level of the registered nurses in selected workplaces of the St.Anne´s University Hospital Brno. Investigation results should enable an evaluation of the influence of medical personnel education on their knowledge. The topic of the bachelor dissertation shall point out the importance of general nurses education in the field of moist treatment of wounds.
