Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem informovanosti sester o problematice leukémie u dětí, její diagnostice, léčbě, ošetřovatelské péči. Nemalou částí se věnuje vlivu hospitalizace na nemocné dítě a jeho rodiče, na komunikaci s dítětem či rodiči. Je zde také popsán proces umírání dítěte. Teoretickou část pak uzavírá kapitola, která se věnuje vzdělávání všeobecných sester. Cílem této práce je zjistit, jak jsou sestry ze dvou hematoonkologických center v Brně a Olomouci, ale také studentky FZV UP v Olomouci informovány o problematice leukémie u dětí. Součástí bakalářské práce je vytvořený edukační materiál pro všeobecné sestry, které nastoupí na hematoonkologické oddělení Dětské kliniky FNO. Materiál bude využit k získání ucelenější znalostí o této problematice v rámci adaptačního procesu. Praktická část práce obsahuje výzkumné šetření a výsledky jsou zpracovány do grafů a tabulek a shrnuty v diskuzi a závěru.The theme of this bachelor work is awareness of nurses about leukemia in children and its diagnostics, treatment and nursing care. The particular part of the work deals with influence of hospitalization on an ill child and his parents and also speaks about communication with child or parents. There is also described process of child's dying. The theoretical part is enclosed with a chapter which subject is education of general nurses. The topic of this work is to find out how nurses and students from two hematooncolgical centers in Brno and Olomouc are informed about problematic of leukemia in children. Component part of bachelor work is to create educational material for general nurses, who will start working at department of hematooncology at pediatric clinic. This material will be used for obtaining more complete information in this topic in terms of adaptation process. Practical section contains a research, and results are processed into graphs and tables and summarized in a discussion and a conclusion.
