Cílem práce byla analýza znaků s determinativem SRDCE spojená se zkoumáním termínu srdce v idiomatických spojeních ze sociolingvistického hlediska. Analýza znaků byla provedena podle seznamu znaků ze slovníku The Original Modern Reader´s Japanese-English Character Dictionary a za pomoci dalších etymologických slovníků. Každý znak byl doplněn výslovností, překladem, etymologickou referencí a zařazen do jednotlivých tematických skupin. Japonská idiomatická spojení s termínem srdce byla srovnávána s českými idiomy. Výsledky poukazují na odlišné vnímání termínu srdce z japonského hlediska. Závěr odhaluje odlišný význam srdce ve znacích a idiomatických spojeních českého a japonského jazyka.The aim of my thesis was an analysis of the characters containing the determinative HEART, which is connected with the research of the term called heart in the idiomatic meanings from the sociolinguistic point of view. The analysis of the characters was made according to the list of characters from The Original Modern´s Reader´s Japanese-English Character Dictionary and other etymological dictionaries. Each character was supplied by the pronunciation, translation, etymological reference and was classified into the particular thematic groups. Japanese idiomatic meanings containing the term kokoro were compared with the Czech idiomatic meanings. The results refer to the diferent meaning of the heart in the characters and idiomatic meanings in Japanese and Czech language.
