Bakalářská práce se zabývá porodnicemi v České republice. Zjišťuje a mapuje služby, které porodnice nabízejí ženám před, během a po porodu. Teoretická část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na rozdíly mezi přirozeným a lékařsky vedeným porodem, na metody tišení bolesti, polohy během porodu. Dále popisuje možnosti, jak pečovat o ženu u porodu. Praktickou část tvoří výzkum, který byl proveden pomocí anonymního dotazníku. Dotazník byl určen porodním asistentkám a porodníkům ve všech porodnicích v České republice. Výsledky dotazníku jsou interpretovány formou tabulek a grafů, dále jsou rozvedeny v diskuzi. This thesis find out and describe to services, which maternal hospital offer women before, during and post partum. The theoretical part of this thesis is aimed at disparity between natural and medically conducted by childbirth, methods silence throes, position during childbirth. Further describe to possibilities, how care about woman during delivery. The practical part contains the research which was done by anonymous questionnaire. The questionnaire was intended for obstetric continuity girls and obstetricians in all maternal hospital in Czech republic. The result of questionnaire are interpreted in tables and graphs, futher on they are described on the discussion. This thesis can be instrumental to inspiration to innovation situation in obstetrics and obstetrical assistance.
