Tématem mé bakalářské práce je: "Možnosti následné péče u pacientů s břišními stomiemi po propuštění z nemocnice". Cílem této práce bylo zjistit informovanost v oblasti péče o stomie, možných komplikací, v oblasti sociální a v oblasti následné péče. Práce je rozdělená na teoretickou a praktickou část. V praktické části jsem analyzovala získané poznatky. K zjištění výsledků jsem použila anonymní dotazník, který je zpracován do tabulek a grafů. Jsem přesvědčená, že moje bakalářská práce bude přínosem pro všechny, kteří se, o tuto problematiku zajímají.A topic of my bachelor thesis is: "Possibilities of Follow-up Care in Patiens with abdominal stoma after discharge from hospital". The objektive of this paper is to evaluace the level of awaness in patiens with ostomies in the following aspects: care about the ostomy, the complications, knowledge about social support and follow-up care possiblities.The thesis is dividend into a theoretical and a practical part. In the practical part I am analysing the acquired knowledges. I used the anonymus questionnaire which I put in from of schemes and graphs. I hope that my bachelar thesis will be a contribution for everybody dealing with these probléms.
