Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na testování využití klasifikací NIC a NOC určených pro ošetřovatelskou diagnózu akutní bolest - 00132 NANDA - Int.. Výzkumné šetření bylo zaměřeno na identifikaci diagnostických prvků uvedené ošetřovatelské diagnózy u skupiny pacientů. Byla připravena česká verze části klasifikací NIC a NOC spadající k této ošetřovatelské diagnóze. U sester v praxi bylo zjišťováno, které z nabízených intervencí a činností NIC vybíraly. Provedeno bylo dvojí hodnocení probandů s danou ošetřovatelskou diagnózou podle kritérií NOC.The Bachelor´s Paper focuses on testing the use of Nursing Interventions Classification and Nursing Outcomes Classification designated for nursing diagnosis Acute Pain - 00132 NANDA - Int. The empirical part of the paper focused on identifying diagnostic elements of the stated nursing diagnosis. A Czech version of a part of the NIC and NOC classifications relating to this nursing diagnosis had been prepared. Nurses in hospitals were asked about which of the offered NIC interventions and activities they had selected. Double rating of probands with this specific diagnosis had been done according to NOC criteria.
