Bakalářská práce se zabývá dodržováním práv pacientů z pohledu pacientů. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je popsán proces vzniku a vývoje práv pacientů v ČR a charakteristika mezinárodních smluv a kodexů, které podporují dodržování práv pacientů. Praktická část předkládá výsledky dotazníkového šetření, které zkoumalo zda jsou z pohledu pacientů práva dodržována, která práva jsou nejvíce zohledňována a která jsou nejčastěji opomíjená. Výzkumné šetření probíhalo ve Fakultní nemocnici Olomouc. Výsledky jsou shrnuty v diskuzi a závěru práce kde jsou také formulována doporučení pro praxi.This bachelor's work deal with keeping rights of patients from the patients point of view. Work is split up to theoretical and practical part. In theoretical part there is described genesis and progress of patient's rights in Czech Republic and characteristics of international pacts and codices, which are supporting adherence to the patient's rights. Practical part is based on question form, which researched, if patient's rights are adhered from the patient's point of view, which are the most observance and which are the most missing out. The question form was filled (proceeded) in Fakultní nemocnice Olomouc. Results are presented in discussion and at the end of the work together with defined recommendations for practice too.
