Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou sebepéče u pacientů s esenciální hypertenzí. V teoretické části je popisována teorie deficitu sebepéče a hypertenze se zaměřením na esenciální hypertenzi. Praktická část je zaměřena na sestavení situační potřeby sebepéče u pacientů s EH. Pomocí anonymního dotazníkového šetření byla zjišťována kompetence sebepéče pacientů s esenciální hypertenzi v oblasti znalostí zvládání problémů spojených s tímto onemocněním v rámci farmakologické a nefarmakologické léčby. Na závěr byly sestaveny edukační programy s edukačními letáky pro pacienty.This Bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of self-care in patients with essential hypertension. In the theoretical section, the author describes the theory of self-care deficit and hypertension, with a special focus on essential hypertension. The practical section focuses on the establishment of a situational need for self-care in patients with essential hypertension. An anonymous questionnaire was used to examine the self-care competence of patients with essential hypertension in the management of problems occurring in the pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment of this disease. In the final section, an educational program is presented, containing information sheets for patients.
