Bakalářská práce se zabývá metodami vyšetřování a zobrazování prsu. Hlavním tématem teoretické části práce je klasická analogová a digitální mamografie, intervenční metody a mamografický screening jako jediná možná metoda screeningového vyšetřování prsů. Praktická část obsahuje výzkumné šetření: stanovení spolehlivosti core cut biopsie (CCB) a stereotaktické vakuové biopsie (SVAB) pro získání histologické diagnózy v souboru pacientek Mammacentra Olomouc. Histologie z core cut biopsie a vakuové stereotaktické biopsie byla retrospektivně srovnávána s definitivní operační histologií. Výsledkem je porovnání spolehlivosti core cut biopsie a stereotaktické vakuové biopsie v našem souboru pacientek.My research deals with methods of examination and imaging of a brest. The target of the teoretical part of the research is analog and digital mamogpraphy, intervention methods and mammography screening as the only method of brest screening. The practical part contains investigation of the assesment reliability of core cut biopsy (CCB) and stereotactic vaccume aspiration biopsy (SVAB) for obtaining histological diagnosis in the group of patients Mammacentrum Olomouc. Histology of CCB and SVAB was retrospectivly compared with final operating histology. The result of the research is procentual comparison of the methodological succes of the core cut biopsy and stereotactic vaccume aspiration biopsy.
