Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zobrazovacích metod tlustého střeva. Nejdříve je popsána obecná a rentgenová anatomie, dále projevy a zobrazení nejčastějších onemocnění postihujících tento oddíl trávicí trubice. Hlavní kapitola popisuje metody zobrazení jak konvenčními tak moderními postupy, které jsou stále více využívány. Dozvíme se i o potřebné přípravě pacienta k vyšetření, která je důležitá pro správný průběh vyšetření a také o užívaných kontrastních látkách. Ve výzkumné části jsou porovnány stěžejní vyšetřovací metody z pohledu finanční a časové náročnosti, personálního obsazení a počtu provedených vyšetření během tří let.This bachelor's thesis deals with the radiodiagnostic methods of colon. This paper firstly describes general and x-ray anatomy and then the manifestations and imaging of the most frequent diseases of colon. The main chapter describes conventional imaging methods and also modern imaging methods which are becoming more popular. In this thesis we will also learn about the importance of patient preparation, which is necessary for a correct course of an examination. Radiocontrast agents are also mentioned in this thesis. In the practical part are compared main radiodiagnostic methods. It is a comparison of financial, time and personnel requirements. This study also shows how many examinations were carried out during the period of 3 years.
