Práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení účinku cvičení metodou Roswithy Brunkow. Hlavním cílem této metody je náprava pohybových vzorců a úprava svalové dysbalance. Terapeutickými prostředky jsou vzpěrná cvičení s aktivací příslušných svalových řetězců v diagonálním směru. V experimentální části práce je srovnávána skupina probandů s metodou Brunkow a skupina probandů se spinálním cvičením. K posouzení efektivity těchto metod je využita posturografie se současným snímáním svalové aktivity pomocí povrchové elektromyografie.The thesis is aimed for the evaluation of the effect of exercise therapy by Roswitha Brunkow. The main goal of this thesis is modification of movement patterns and correction of muscle imbalance. The therapeutic means are push-up exercises evoking the diagonal activation of appropriate muscle chains. There is compared the group of probands with exercise therapy by Roswitha Brunkow with the group of probands with spinal exercise in the experimental part of the thesis. Posturography with synchronous sensing of muscle activity by surface electromyography are used for assessment of the efficiency of these methods.
