V této práci se zabýváme problematikou diagnostiky u jedinců s poruchou autistického spektra. Nejprve zde přibližujeme jednotlivé termíny vztahující se k tématu poruch autistického spektra. Krátce se věnujeme také pojednání o epidemiologii a etiologii tohoto postižení a následně specifikujeme triádu charakteristicky postižených oblastí a zvláštnosti ve vývoji tohoto jedince. Poté se zaměřujeme již přímo na problematiku diagnostiky jedinců s poruchou autistického spektra. Za cíl výzkumné části práce jsme si stanovili ověřit, že mezi skóry tří skupin dětí s postižením (dětí s poruchou autistického spektra, s vývojovou dysfázií a dětí s mentální retardací), v dotazníku DACH (Dětské autistické chování) a rovněž i škále CARS (Childhood Autism Rating Scale), u nás známé jako Škála autistického chování, existují signifikantní rozdíly.This study deals with diagnosis of persons with autistic spectrum disorder. First we approach terms relating to the issue of autistic spectrum disorders (ASD). We also present brief discussion of ASD epidemiology and etiology and subsequently examine the triad of these persons characteristically afflicted areas and peculiarities of their development. Then we focus right on the diagnosis of persons with ASD. The aim of the research part we set out is to verify that there are significant differences between scores of 3 groups of children with disability (children with autistic spectrum disorders, with developmental dysphasia and with intellectual disability) in DACH (Dětské autistické chování ? Childhood Autistic Behaviour) question-form as well as in CARS (Childhood Autism Rating Scale) scale.
