Bakalářská práce pojednává o možnosti uplatňování práv uživatelů v zařízení sociální péče. Zpracovává přehled o současné legislativě a jejím dodržování v praxi. V práci jsou vymezeny oblasti v nichž by mohlo dojít v souvislosti s poskytováním služeb k porušení či omezení práv uživatelů. Součástí práce, vzhledem ke zkoumané skupině, je i pojem mentální retardace.The bachelor thesis focuses on the right of potentiality for the customers of social-settlement services. A general overview of current directives in social area, and the level of its practical observances has been properly compiled. The social-service domains, within the infraction or restriction of customers´ rights could supervene, have been specified here. As for investigated group, the mentally affected people are mentioned as well.
