Diplomová práce zachycuje veškeré hudební dění v 17. - 19. století na Žambersku, a to především v kostele, ve škole, v žamberských rodinách, jednotlivých spolcích a zámecké kapele. Jednotlivé kapitoly jsou uspořádány tak, aby na sebe časově navazovaly a tím pádem umožnily chronologický přehled, který je doplněn o nejdůležitější historické události týkající se této podhorské oblasti. Zvláštní zájem je zaměřen na život a skladatelskou činnost výrazné osobnosti 18. století Josefa Šarapatky a početnou rodinu Pazourkových. Druhou část práce tvoří spartace vybraných skladeb z různých časových období.This thesis attempts to record the entire course of events of the musical scene in Žamberk and its surroundings within the period from 17th to 19th century. It mainly deals with the events taking place at church, at school, in burger´s families, various associations, and in the castle band. The individual chapters are intrinsically coherent, and depict a chronological order of the events, accompanied by an outline of historical events concerning this region at the foot of the mountains. A particular attention is paid to the life and composing work of a remarkable 18th century character of Josef Šarapatka, and also to a large family of the Pazoureks. The other part of the thesis consists of modern transcriptions of selected music pieces from various periods discussed within the work.
