Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku procesu interakce učitel - žák, především na vzájemné vztahy mezi učiteli a žáky a vliv učitele na kvalitu těchto vztahů. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření byly zmapovány vztahy na zkoumaných školách, dále byly zjištěny nejvýznamnější faktory podílející se na povaze vzájemného vztahu a žádoucí formy chování učitelů z pohledu žáků. Výsledky byly vyhodnoceny podle pohlaví respondentů, typu školy a vztahu, který respondenti zaujímali k popisovanému učiteli.This Diploma thesis focuses on problems between teachers and students interrelationships; the major axe being how teachers influence the quality of such relationships. After conducting a questionnaire research in different fields we were able to map these relationships in the selected schools; furthermore we could outline significant factors as to how these relationships were shaped. We also discovered, coming from the students point of view, eligible forms of teacher behaviour. The results were evaluated according to the gender of participants, type of school and the attitude participants have to their teacher.
