Práce je členěna do čtyř kapitol. První kapitola je věnována diakonátu obecně, kdy se zamýšlíme nad - pro diakonát - stěžejními texty Nového zákona. Najdeme zde také phled na vývoj diakonátu v prvních třech stoletích. Kapitolu uzavírá zmínka o diakonátu ve východních církvích. Ve druhé kapitole se zabýváme samotným diakonátem ženy a jeho vývojem ve 20. století. Třetí kapitola nabízí pohled na problematiku diakonátu v současné diskusi. Závěrečná kapitola patří dokumentu Mezinárodní teologické komise Diakonát, vývoj a perspektivy.The thesis is divided into three sections. The first section deals with the diaconat in general - we think over the for the diaconat findamental texts of the New Testament. In addition to it, we find a view on the history of the diaconat in the first three centuries here. The section is closed with the mention of the diaconat in eastern churches. The second section focussed on the diaconat of women and its history in the 20th century. The third section offers the view on women's diaconat's issue nowadays. The last section belongs to the Document of the International Theological Commission - Diaconat - history and prospects.
