Tato práce se zaměřuje na adaptační proces zaměstnanců Krajského úřadu Moravskoslezského kraje (dále jen KÚ MSK). Výběr tématu byl zvolen po dohodě s personálním oddělením, které se v současné době touto problematikou zabývá. Cílem práce je popsat současný stav adaptačního procesu, identifikovat problémy a nedostatky a navrhnout nový adaptační proces, který by připravil nové zaměstnance pro práci na jejich pracovišti. Hlavní činností při zpracování této práce je práce s dokumenty (s odbornou literaturou, internetem, materiály KÚ MSK) jejich popis a analýza. Práce je rozčleněna do několika kapitol od teoretických respektive terminologických východisek přes legislativní prostředí, stručnou charakteristiku KÚ MSK, popis současného stavu adaptačního procesu, identifikaci bariér. Vyústěním práce je návrh nového adaptačního procesu.The thesis is focused on the process of adaptation of employees of the Regional Council, the Morava-Silesia Region (RC MSR). This topic was selected after an agreement with the Human Resources Department that currently deals with this topic. The aim of the thesis is to describe the current status of the adaptation process, to identify problems, weak points and to propose new adaptation process that would prepare new employees for this kind of work at their department. The elaboration of this thesis is based mainly on analysis and description of selected documents (published articles, internet, materials of RC MSR). The thesis is devided into several chapters from theoretical terminological outcomes through legislative environment, brief characteristics of RC MSR, description of current status of adaptation process - up to identification of existing barriers. The result of this thesis suggests proposal of a new adaptation process.
