Témou práce je riadenie času v ambulancii praktického lekára pre dospelých. Charakteristikou zdravotného systému, primárnej zdravotnej starostlivosti a najmä práce praktického lekára a sestry je predstavená ambulancia ako malá organizácia so zákonitosťami podnikateľského subjektu a zároveň špecifikami pomáhajúcich profesií. Popisujú sa jednotlivé činnosti a procesy, ktoré v ambulancii prebiehajú, s dôrazom na ich štruktúru a distribúciu v čase. V praktickej časti práce sa hľadajú možnosti optimalizácie prebiehajúcich procesov a vykonávaných činností v ambulancii. Analyzuje sa ich reálny rozsah pomocou časových snímok a neštruktúrovaných rozhovorov. Na základe výsledkov analýz je navrhnuté skrátenie čakacieho času pre zvýšenie komfortu pacientov.The main subject of this work is time management in general doctor´s practice for adults. By means of the characteristics of health system, primary health care and notably work of a doctor and a nurse, it presents the general practitioner´s office as a small organisation with patterns of the business subject and also particularities of helping professions. Individual activities and processes at the office are described with emphasis on their structure and time distribution. In the particular part of the work, possibilities of optimalization of ongoing processes,and executed activities in the general doctor´s practice are searched. Their actual extent is analysed by the time research and by unstructured interviews. On the basis of these analyses, the shortened waiting time is proposed for the higher patient´s comfort.
