Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku evaluace v systému vzdělávání zaměstnanců v Celní správě České republiky. Cílem je doplnit navržený systém vzdělávání v celní správě v mé bakalářské práci o hodnotící část tak, aby tato vycházela z teorií, které problematiku evaluace řeší, a tím zároveň dotvořit systém vzdělávání v Celní správě České republiky v kompletní celek. Za tím účelem je v úvodní části krátce připomenuta činnost celní správy v současné době, tj. v podmínkách Schengenského prostoru. Ve druhé teoretické části jsou se zvýšeným akcentem na tuto pasáž popsána základní východiska a teorie, jež se věnují problematice evaluace ve vzdělávání. Práce je završena částí třetí, kde na jeden vzdělávací modul navazuje návrh evaluačního nástroje.The diploma thesis focuses on the problems of the evaluation in the system of educating employees in the Customs authority of the Czech Republic. The aim is to complete in my bachelor thesis the outlined system of educating in the Customs authority with an education chapter so that it would originate from the theories which try to solve problems of educating, and thus to finish the system of educating in the Customs authority of the Czech Republic as a complete whole. For this purpose, activities of the Customs authority at present, i.e. under the conditions of the Schengen Area, are mentioned briefly in the introductory chapter. In the second theoretical chapter, basic cornerstones and theories engaged in the problems of educating are described with a special focus on this passage. The thesis is rounded off with the third chapter, where the scratch of an evaluating tool follows an educating module.
