Diplomová práce se zabývá získáváním a výběrem pracovníků. Jejím cílem je návrh modelu procesu získávání a výběru realitního makléře formou výběrového pohovoru, vytvořený aplikací teoretických poznatků, uvedených v této práci a dostupných z příslušné odborné literatury a dalších pramenů. Tento model následně porovnávám s výsledkem popisu a analýzy stávajícího způsobu získávání a výběru pracovníků v dané společnosti a poukazuji na zjištěné rozdíly. Práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol. Obsahuje nejen potřebné teoretické informace, ale i kvalifikovaný praktický návod, jak lze při získávání a výběru pracovníků postupovat a tím naplnit podstatu těchto personálních činností - nalezení požadovaného pracovníka.This graduation theses deals with the processes of the staff recruiting and employee selection. Its aim is to design the model of recruiting and selection of the real estate broker, by using the selective interview as the main selection method. The model is created by application of the teoretical knowledge, written in this graduation theses and available from the specialized bibliography and other resources. This designed model is furthermore comparisoned with the description and the analysis result of the current way of staff recruiting and employee selection in this company, the differences are mentioned. This graduation theses is divided into the five chapters and contains not only useful teoretical knowledge, but also qualified practical instructions, how to proceed at the staff recruiting and employee selection and through this fulfill the main aim of both the personal activities - to find required worker.
