Tato práce je teoretickou studií. Interpretuje tři významné koncepce moderní společnosti. Cílem práce je identifikovat přístupové body srovnání a v závěru provést komparaci tří sociologických perspektiv. Zkoumané sociologické směry jsou reprezentovány teorií Kritiky modernity Alaina Tourainea, teorií Rizikové společnosti Ulricha Becka a teorií Důsledků modernity Anthonyho Giddense. Tato práce je strukturována do čtyřech částí. První tři oddíly jsou deskripční analýzou jednotlivých koncepcí. Poslední kapitola je vedena metodou komparace zkoumaných perspektiv. Předpokladem pro srovnání je, že každý z autorů přiděluje moderním problémům odlišný význam.This thesis is a theoretical study. It interprets three significant conceptions of modern society. The aim of the work is to identify points of comparasion and to compare each of the examined approches within the conclusion. The examined sociological conceptions are represented by a theory of Critique of Modernity by Alain Touraine, by a theory of Risk Society by Ulrich Beck and by a theory of Consequences of Modernity. This thesis is structured into four sections. The first three chapters are a descriptive analysis of each conception. The last chapter is lead by a method of comparasion of the examined conceptions. There is an presumption within the section of comparasion that each of the sociologist form a different meaning to problems of modern society.
