Tato případová studie se věnuje analýze německého volebního systému, který se používá pro volby do federálního Spolkového sněmu, zejména jeho zařazením do typologie volebních systémů, neboť po rozvoji smíšených volebních systémů se objevil spor o jeho začlenění. Do té doby byl řazen většinou autorů mezi proporční volební systémy. Práce si klade za cíl shrnout dosavadní poznatky na toto téma.This case study concentrates on the analysis of the German electoral system which is used for the elections into the federal legislature (Bundestag). More specifically the study classificates Bundestag into the typology of electoral systems because there was a dispute over his arrangement after the development of mixed electoral systems. Until then most of the authors classified it as a proportional electoral system. The aim of this paper is to summarize current debate on this topic.
