Diplomová práce prezentuje souhrn informací, které souvisí se vzděláváním žáků -cizinců na základních školách v České re-publice. V této práci autor představuje oblast vzdělávání žáků - cizinců nejen jako součást moderní pedagogiky, ale i jako nedíl-nou součást procesu integrace cizince v ČR a zjišťuje z pohledu žáků - cizinců a jejich rodičů, zda lze považovat informace pre-zentované odbornou literaturou a legislativními dokumenty ve vztahu ke vzdělávaní cizinců za platné.This thesis presents an overview of information connected to foreign pupils at primary schools in the Czech Republic. The author presents he area of educating foreign pupils not only as a part of modern pedagogy, but also as an inseparable part of the process of foreign integration within the Czech Republic. This work reveals, from the point of view of the foreign pupils and their parents, whether the information presented in scientific literature and legislative documents, in relation to foreigners' education, is valid.
