Práce pojednává o domácím násilí, jeho formách, druzích, zaměřuje se na pachatele, oběti domácího násilí a děti v roli svědků či přímo oběti. V teoretické části jsou také popsány terapie využívané ve speciální pedagogice, zvláště pak muzikoterapie. V praktické části je uvedena charakteristika azylového domu pro matky s dětmi v tísni, kde výzkum probíhal, dále kazuistiky jednotlivých dětí a pozorování. Výsledky výzkumu jsou vyhodnoceny znaménkovým testem.The thesis deals with the problem of the home violence, its forms and specific kinds, it is focused on the offenders, on the victims of the home violence and also on the children who become either witnesses or the direct victims too. The theoretical part also describes the therapies used in the special pedagogy, particularly the music therapy. The practical part gives the characteristics of the children´s sanctuary home in which the research took its course. And moreover, it includes the casuistry of the individua children´s cases and their observation. The research results are evaluated by usune the plus/minus sign test.
