Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na aktivizační přístupy k osobám seniorského věku. V jednotlivých částech blíže pojednává o významných aspektech stárnutí a stáří. Zdůrazňuje, jak důležitou úlohu v životě seniora má smysluplné využití volného času. Seznamuje s možnostmi aktivizace, která je chápána jako významný prostředek vedoucí ke zlepšení kvality života seniora. Na základě šetření podává informace, které referují o oblastech zájmů u klientů domovů pro seniory.The thesis focuses on an activated approaches to persons in their senior age. In its respective parts, the thesis looks closely on the important aspects of growing old and old age. It highlight the importance of a meaningful spending of leisure time in the life of a senior. It introduces the possibilities of activation which is understood as an important feature leasing to an improvement of the lifestyle quality of a senior. Based on a research, the thesis reports data, which informs about the spheres of interests of clients at a rest home.
