Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou rehabilitace po frakturách proximálního humeru. Cílem této práce je dokumentovat a zhodnotit význam schopnosti volní kontroly pozice lopatky v posturálně balančních funkcích ramenního pletence u pacientů s frakturou proximálního humeru v časné poúrazové fázi pro následnou ucelenou kinezioterapii. Pro objektivizaci významu terapie jsme provedli experiment, který zahrnoval kineziologické, posturografické a polyelektomyografické vyšetření. Na základě získaných výsledků jsme zhodnotili význam a přínos posturálně balanční terapie.This thesis deals with the rehabilitation after fractures of proximal humerus. The aim of this work is to document and assess the importance of capacity to control the position of shoulder blade in postural balance features rows of shoulder in patients with fracture of proximal humerus in early trauma stage for subsequent comprehensive kinezioterapy. For objectification importance of therapy, we have conducted an experiment, which included kineziological, posturografical and polyelektomyografical examination. On the basis of the results obtained, we consider the importance and benefits of postural balance therapy.
