Cieľom našej práce je načrtnúť obraz ženy vo francúzskej literatúre 19. a 20. storočia. Zamerali sme sa na tvorbu francúzskych autorov Gustave Flaubert, Sidonie-Gabrielle Colette a François Mauriac. Vo vybraných dielach nachádzame skutočne výnimočný obraz ženy; ženy, ktorá sa značne líši svojím správaním, osudom a charakteristikou od ostatných. Tieto literárne hrdinky odrážajú obraz ženy daného obdobia a ich postavenie v spoločnosti. Emma Bovary, Léa de Lonval, Mitsou ale nakoniec i Thérese Desqueyroux, všetky tieto postavy obohatili náš literárny svet prinášajúc ich špecifický obraz ženy vo francúzskej literatúre.The intention of our work is to sketch out the image of the women in French literature of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. We aimed for the creation of the French authors, Gustave Flaubert, Sidonie-Gabrielle Colette and François Mauriac. In these pieces, we find really an exceptional image of the women, the women who greatly differ regarding their behaviour, destiny and caracteristics from the others. These literary heroines reflect the image of the women of that time and their position in the society. Emma Bovary, Léa de Lonval, Mitsou but also Thérese Desqueyroux, all these characters have enriched our literary world bringing their specific image of the French literature.
