Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou, kde je popsána problematika úrazů a jejich předcházení na horách. K poškození zdraví může dojít zejména při pobytu a výkonu v extrémních nadmořských výškách za podmínek vzrůstající hypoxie a při extrémně obtížném skalním lezení, které hrozí i trvalým poškozením pohybového aparátu nadměrnou námahou (přetížením) a případně i snížením pracovní schopnosti. V části praktické je vytvořen dotázník a proveden výzkum týkající se základních znalostí o prevenci, záchraně a poskytování první pomoci na horách u těchto skupin lidí: horští turisté a výškový horolezci, dalším kritériem je maximální dosažen é vzdělání.My thesis is devided into practical and theoretical part. The theoretical part deals with the problems of injuries in the mountains and their prevention. The human health might be threatened especially when staying or moving in a high altitude when the hypoxy is rising or by extremely difficult mountain climbing that might cause permanent health detriment due to excessive strain. The consequences might lead to a decrease of working abilities. The practical part contains a questionnaire and a research of the basic knowledge of prevention, rescue and first aid providing abilities in mountain environment. The research dealt with two basic groups of people - mountain tourists and high-altitude mountain climbers. Another criterion was the maximal level of education reached by individual participants.
