Cílem práce je shrnutí informací o Vojtově metodě, která se používá především ve fyzioterapií dětí a posouzení jejího využití v České republice mezi fyzioterapeuty, kteří neabsolvovali příslušné specializační vzdělání v této metodě. Teoretická část bude obsahovat shrnutí informací o Vojtově metodě, jejím principu, využití, systému výuky a úhrady fyzioterapie s jejím využitím. Praktická část pak analýzu dostupnosti fyzioterapie touto metodou a důsledky současného způsobu úhrady zdravotními pojišťovnami.Výzkum je zaměřen na shrnutí zkušeností pacientů, kteří fyzioterapií Vojtovou metodou prošli v České republice, a jeho další část na popis rozsahu její aplikace neškolenými fyzioterapeuty. Výstupem práce by měl být návrh řešení negativních důsledků současného způsobu úhrady fyzioterapie Vojtovou metodou.The aim of this study is to summarise information about Vojta´s method, that is used mostly for child´s physiotherapy and to review its use in Czech republic among physiotherapists who did not get a special education relative to this method. The theoretical part contains all information about Vojta´s method, its principle, use, education system and the way of payment of the physiotherapy with this method used. The practical part contains an analyses of this physiotherapy availability and the results of current way of payment by health insurance companies. The research is aimed to summarise experiences of patients, that went through Vojta´s method physiotherapy in Czech republic. Other part is about the description of application extent by unschooled physiotherapists. The output of this work should be a suggestion how to solve the negative effects of current way of payment for Vojta´s method physiotherapy.
